His winning work, which was published in two parts, makes a strong case for judicial reforms in our criminal justice administration. Jibueze’s reports a halt to abuse of court processes through frivolous interlocutory appeals which result in prolonged trials and make a mockery of the well known dictum that Justice delayed is Justice denied. The report further calls for a strong judiciary managed by knowledgeable people who should be shielded from incompetent accusations by ill prepared practitioners who clutch to every technicality to shield their clients from the weight of the law.
